  • tomato
  • apple
  • walnut
  • almond
  • sunflower seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • sesame

Soak all these dry fruits overnight and in the morning grater beetroot, apple and chopping tomato in small pieces and also chopping walnut, almond, and mix them in a huge bowl so that every thing will mix properly and then add seeds also and after that you can add some honey if you want not necessary. make this bowl every morning and eat this as breakfast. i can say you after 15 to 20 days you can feel the change in your skin and not only in your skin but also in your whole body’
